Wrangler Performance Specs
The 2020 Wrangler comes with one of three different engines, two of which have an optional eTorque add-on that improves fuel economy. There’s the 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder (with available eTorque package). It produces 270 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. Next, there’s the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 (with available eTorque package) . It pumps out 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. Lastly, there’s the 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6. It clocks in at 260 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque.
Each Wrangler model comes with a standard 4×4 drivetrain. There’s the Command-Trac system with a 2.72:1 low range that’s perfect for rock crawling or flat towing. The Rock-Trac system has a 4:1 low gear ratio and electronic locking front and rear differentials for serious off-road potential. The Selec-Trac system automatically switches between two-wheel drive and four-wheel to give you traction when the weather calls for it and better fuel economy when roads are clear.
